Local Manufacturing Summit (2-Day Event)
Botswana Chamber of Mines (BCM), along with key corporate partners, will host the third edition of the Local Manufacturing Summit as a way to bring the manufacturing and supply chain community in Botswana together. The two-day summit will bring together top executives in the manufacturing and mining sectors, public policymakers, the business community, and financial institutions from Botswana and beyond to dialogue on this important national agenda and explore opportunities for investment in manufacturing and agribusiness in Botswana. The summit will take place at Fairground Holdings’ Ditshupo Hall from August 5th to 6th, 2024.
The summit endeavors to support Botswana in her effort to address the challenges of economic diversification, economic growth, citizen empowerment, and employment creation by promoting and supporting the growth of local manufacturing capacity for local consumption and various export markets.
